缅北轮奸 is deeply troubled by the history of clerical sexual abuse within the Catholic Church and is committed to supporting community members who have experienced such abuse within their lives.

On-campus reporting options

Community members who have experienced sexual violence, even before attending or working at Loyola, can contact Loyola鈥檚 reporting options to discuss reporting options and resources.
If the person who caused the harm is not a member of the 缅北轮奸community, The Title IX office can discuss options for reporting off campus.

*Reports made to a confidential resource are confidential and will not be reported to University officials without the student鈥檚 permission unless an imminent threat exists or a child sex offense is disclosed.

Important Title IX Updates

New regulations from the United States Department of Education were scheduled to go into effect on August 1, 2024, after the final Title IX rule was released on April 19, 2024. Since then, the University has been monitoring pending litigation and updated guidance related to the regulations. The University will make the necessary adjustments to the policy or the process applied to comply with the most recent government laws, regulations, or court holdings. Until the injunction(s) are resolved, or additional guidance is released, we will apply the University's Sexual and Gender-Based Misconduct Policy for incidents that fall under the 2020 Title IX regulation jurisdiction, and we will apply the Sex-based Harassment and Discrimination policy for incidents that do not fall under the 2020 Title IX jurisdiction but do fall under the Sex-based Harassment and Discrimination policy.
