Fall Early Decision I and Early Action Applicants

Updated: 9/4/2024

Typically, the FAFSA becomes available on October 1. However, the U.S. Department of Education has announced that the 2025-26 FAFSA won't be available until December 1, 2024. This delay means that students applying for Early Decision I or Early Action admission may not have access to the FAFSA in time to receive their official need-based financial aid package alongside their admission and merit scholarship decisions.

To address this challenge, Ãå±±ÂÖ¼éhas introduced the Ãå±±ÂÖ¼éEarly Aid Form (LEAF) for Early Decision I and Early Action applicants. The LEAF will be available in October, allowing families to receive a need-based financial aid package within 24 hours of their admission decision. This preliminary offer will give you a valuable estimate of the financial support Ãå±±ÂÖ¼émay provide.

If the information you submit on the LEAF matches the FAFSA data you later provide, we will guarantee the amount of total grant aid included in your early package. Families will still need to submit the official FAFSA once it becomes available in December to finalize the aid process and receive their official award.

More details will be shared soon.
